In the manufacturing workshop of Zhaokun Engineering Machinery Co., Ltd., 36 newly installed red cantilever cranes stand out above workstations. With the push of a button, metal components weighing hundreds of kilograms glide smoothly through the air, completely replacing traditional manual handling.  

"In the past, moving workpieces required four or five coworkers. Now, one person can handle it alone," said Master Wang, the assembly team leader, as he operated the crane. The workshop has specially added mobile tracks for corner areas, ensuring equipment accessibility at every operation point. Post-renovation, employee muscle strain rates dropped by 65%, with zero recorded workplace injuries.  

This million yuan renovation originated from General Manager Zhao Mingjun's promise at an employee forum: "Employee safety and well-being are the company's greatest assets." Today, the smiles on employees' faces and seamless workflow witness the transition from "sweat driven labor" to "intelligent operation.
