The output shaft 9F560-24A06001B0 is the core component of the gearbox assembly of the Lovol 5-ton loader, with 19 splines at both ends. One end is connected to the front output flange, and the other end is connected to the rear output flange. There are 16 spline curves in the middle. The output shaft is the shaft responsible for outputting power in the gearbox. Responsible for transmitting the power generated by the engine to the wheels, therefore it must meet the requirements of high strength, high precision, and high wear resistance.

Functional Characteristics Of the Output Shaft Of The Loader Gearbox

1.As the core component of the transmission system, the output bearing of the gearbox plays an important role in transmitting the power generated by the engine to the wheels. It achieves smooth power transmission through meshing with gears, ensuring that the loader can obtain sufficient driving force under various working conditions.

2. The output shaft of the gearbox not only transmits power,  but also achieves speed regulation and torque transformation through different combinations of gear sets. This enables the loader to flexibly adjust its driving speed and traction force according to actual needs to adapt to different work scenarios.

3.During operation, the output shaft of the gearbox needs to withstand enormous loads from the wheels and the body of the vehicle. Therefore, it must have sufficient strength and stiffness to ensure that it will not deform or be damaged when subjected to heavy loads.
