The function of the gearbox

(1) Change the transmission ratio between the diesel engine and the wheels, so as to change the speed and traction of the loader to adapt to the loading

the need for carrier aircraft operation and driving;

(2) Make the loader drive backwards, because the engine has only one direction of rotation, and the only way to achieve forward and backward is to rely ongearbox.

(3) It can cut off the power transmitted to the traveling device, so that the diesel engine can not transmit the power to the traveling device in the running state.

It is convenient for the starting and parking safety of the engine.

Requirements For The Gearbox Of The Loader

1) Have sufficient gears and suitable transmission ratios to meet the requirements of loader use.

2) Reliable work, long service life, high transmission efficiency, simple structure, convenient manufacturing and maintenance.

3) The shift is light, the combination is smooth, and there is no jamming and skipping.
